Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AGI Golf (the app, the watch app, and golfimprovement.ai). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Your account

You need an account to use most features. Keep your credentials private; you are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old. You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which permanently removes your profile, rounds, scorecards, shots, clubs, and social activity.

Free service and AGI Plus

The core service is free. AGI Plus is an optional paid subscription billed through your Apple account, not by us directly. Prices are shown before you subscribe, there are no surprise charges, and you can cancel any time in your Apple subscription settings. Cancelling stops future billing; it does not refund past charges (refunds are handled by Apple under their policies). An active subscription must be cancelled before you delete your account.

Your content

Your rounds, scores, photos, and comments remain yours. By posting them you give us the limited license needed to store and display them in the service (for example, showing your round to followers, or on a public share page if you choose to share one). You can revoke a public share at any time.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no unauthorized access, scraping of other users' data, harassment, impersonation, or interference with the service's operation. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.

On-course information

GPS distances and course data are estimates provided for convenience. They can be wrong or out of date. Play at your own judgment; do not rely on the service for safety decisions, and follow the course's own rules and markings.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will give notice in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
