Privacy Policy

AGI Golf LLC ("AGI Golf", "we", "us") operates AI Golf Improvement, a golf companion available on the web, on iPhone and Apple Watch, and on Android and Wear OS. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers every one of those surfaces.
Information we collect
- Account information. Your email and name, your password (stored only as a secure hash), and optional profile details you choose to add: date of birth, username, home course, handedness, skill level, and improvement goals.
- Gameplay data. The rounds, scores, putts, penalties, shots, practice data, and clubs you record. Shot tracking includes map locations you place for your shots.
- Location. While you play a round, the app uses your device location, only while you are using the app, to show distance to the green. We do not track your location in the background.
- Photos. A profile photo, if you upload one.
- Usage and diagnostics. First-party product analytics and error diagnostics that help us keep the product working. We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites, and we use no advertising SDKs.
How we use your information
To run the app (scoring, GPS distances, club recommendations, handicap, and the social feed), to improve the product, and to keep it secure and reliable.
How your information is shared
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf: cloud hosting, product analytics, and error diagnostics. Within the app, your completed rounds and profile are visible to people who follow you.
Your choices
You can edit your profile and delete your account at any time from the app, which removes your account data. You can also contact us to request access to, or deletion of, your data.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), and passwords are stored as secure hashes.
Children
AI Golf Improvement is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest version.
